Judy had suffered burns on around 80 percent of her body. After the incident, her ears and some parts of her fingers melted off.

Furthermore, she also lost the ability to speak more than a whisper due to vast damages to her trachea. Moreover, she couldn’t walk after the incident and needed a ventilator to help her breathe.

Judy was the mother of her two children. Also, she was a cancer survivor and former substance addict.

Judy’s mother Bonnie Bowes was the one to confirm the news of this parody. She stated:

“That child suffered for two years to tell her own story, who has the strength to do it?”

Judy’s ex-boyfriend doused her with gasoline and set on fire by Slager. But, he claimed that the incident was only a horrific accident and also claimed that he had plenty of love for Judy.

Moreover, his attorney Shaw said at the time of his arrest:

“He’s in a wheelchair today because in the process of trying to put this fire out, he himself was horrifically burned,”

Now, the thing which brings more twist is if her ex-boyfriend is right then, how did she cover in the fire?

Well, according to an eyewitness, Slager made the story up and preferably set Judy burning while they were having an argument at a gas station. In addition, the eyewitness was the one who called 911 for emergency help.

Now, focusing on the ex-boyfriend, Slager has a long history linked with the law. He has a lengthy criminal record with nine felonies, which includes several sexual batteries.

There are also reports that now Slager is set to be charged with the murder of Judy. Meanwhile, Slager appealed no contest to charges of criminal assault, annoying arson, and possession of criminal tools. He was sentenced to a maximum of 11 years in prison in December.

Last week before an Ohio Senate committee about the bill, Malinowski’s eldest daughter Kaylyn stated:

“While he got 11 years, my mom, my sister and I all got a life sentence. While we stand here today, my mom lays in a hospital bed where she has been for 689 days.”

Judy’s eldest daughter is 11 years old while another is 9 years old. Before the attack, Malinowski survived ovarian cancer and successfully quit drugs after opioid addiction.

Her family says they plan to open her funeral to the public, but have not made plans for the event yet.
