Hunter Fieri took a milestone step in his romantic relationship with his girlfriend Tara, Bernstein.
The Celebrity chef’ son, 27, took to Instagram to announce the happy news that he and pickle Pro Tara Bernstein are now an engaged couple.
He proposed to Tara during the Fieris’ holiday gathering after nine months of dating. He shared a series of pictures from the romantic pondside proposal, including the moment when Fieri got on one knee to ask for her hand in marriage.
Other photos show the pair sharing a hug, kiss, and a laugh just after Tara said ‘yes’.
In addition, he shared several family photos from the Thanksgiving celebration, which included Guy, his wife, Lori, and his youngest son Ryder, 17.
He also captioned the post simply writing,
“Coming soon…Mr. & Mrs.Fieri #blessed,”
Many were quick to flood the comment box with congratulatory messages including Ryder, who expressed his excitement by penning down,
“Proud lil bro here.”
Guy Fieri shared a separate post on his Instagram showering his love and blessing on his son and going-to-be daughter-in-law. He shared a picture of the pair and captioned it,
“Congrats to @hunterfieri and @taralynn.nyc, You two are made for each other. Welcome to the family, Tara.”

Hunter and Tara began dating in February. The two never shy to flaunt their romance on social media platforms.
Bernstein uploaded a sweet video in June highlighting some of the couple’s favorite moments, and went on to praise her now-fiancee in the caption section, writing,
“To my partner, my better half, I’m so blessed to have someone as amazing and loving as you in my life, Your energy, drive and positive light is contagious – you light up my world. I love you.”
Hunter, for her part, gushed about his love in her Instagram post the same day, sharing a carousel of couple pics. She wrote,
“You mean the world to me! Thank you always being so supportive and loving. You value love, family, and loyalty, and I am truly blessed to have found someone as amazing as you! My ridaaaa, I love you baby.”
During an interview with PEOPLE in June, Guy said he is a big fan of his elder son’s new girlfriend, Tara, referring to her as a green flag for his son.
“[She has] good values and is just a really great person so I couldn’t be happier for Hunter. This is a big deal. To see him this happy and also to see him have a partner that is as driven as he is, it’s perfect.”
Guy claims that Bernstein gets along well with his close-knit family and even challenges them to some friendly competition. He said,
“She’s a pickleball machine. She plays one-against-two, and beats everybody,”
