A huge congratulations to Jana Kramer and her new fiance Allan Russell who are engaged to be married.

The 39-year-old actress revealed that Russell, 42, popped the question on her Whine Down podcast on Thursday.

She told her listeners,

“So, Allan and I have been dating for … six and a half months,”
“And he asked me to marry him!”

The One Tree Hill alum also gave some insights into the sweet proposal that happened at her new home. The most adorable thing about the proposal is that her two children Jolie, 7, and son, Jace, 4, whom she shares with her ex-husband Mike Caussin were also present there.

She explained,

“It was a really beautiful night and me and the kids were sitting on the front porch steps and looking out at the view,”
“He said my name and I got up and then he got down on one knee,”

Kramer continued,

“And then Jolie just started jumping up and down … it was the cutest thing ever. It’s like, she knew what was happening.”

The actress was so shocked and happy that she blacked out and doesn’t quite remember what Russell said at the time. But they both burst into tears.

Jana revealed that the proposal was exactly what she wanted and said,

“It felt very sentimental given the front porch of the new house and new beginnings. It just felt right,”

The actress also gave fans some glimpses of her engagement ring on Instagram. The snaps showed Jana giving a look at her new bling as she cuddled up to her kids and future husband on their porch.

This will be Jana’s fourth time down the aisle

Russell, who lives in London, also took to his social media to share the exciting news with his followers.

He wrote,

“A forever with you just feels right and has done since the day I met you @kramergirl I’m proud to call you my fiancé and cherish every minute we spend together ,”
“I love you my little warrior xxx.”

Jana and Allan made their red carpet debut at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in March and had just been dating for four months at the time.

In January, Kramer told her podcast listeners that she was in a long-distance relationship and was not in a rush to take things far.

She said at the time,

“I don’t know if this is my forever person. … I’m not going to push away love just because I’ve been hurt before. I’m going to embrace it.”

This will be Janna’s fourth marriage. She first married briefly to Michael Gambino in 2004. She then moved on with Jonathan Schaech in 2010 but they ended up divorcing just a year later.

In 2015, she married Mike but filed for divorce 6 years later due to the NFL star’s infidelity.
