He recorded 64 tackles, 17 tackles for loss, nine sacks, five passes intercepted, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery in his second season.

Brisker played in 13 games during his rookie campaign at Penn State in 2019 and concluded the campaign with 32 tackles, two interceptions, and three pass breakups.

Monte revealed on December 28, 2021, that he would be entering the 2022 NFL Draft instead of playing in the 2022 Outback Bowl. In the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft, Brisker was selected by the Chicago Bears with the 48th overall selection.

Brisker made his professional debut in a 19-10 victory over the San Francisco 49ers, recording four tackles and recovered a fumble.
