Kara Keough and Kyle Bosworth welcomed their fourth child together.
The couple is blessed with a baby girl named Stetson, who was born on November 1, weighing 8lbs 5oz.
They are also parents to a son Vaughn Mack, 2, a daughter Decker Kate, 7, and their late son McCoy who died six days after the birth.

Kara Keough and Kyle Bosworth added a new member to the family

A family of four! Kara Keough and Kyle Bosworth have expanded their family. The couple welcomed their fourth child on the 1st of November at around 5:43 pm weighing 8lbs 5oz.

On Saturday, November 4, Keough took to Instagram to share the happy news that she gave birth to her fourth child a baby girl named Stetson.

The couple is also parents to a son Vaughn Mack, 2, and a daughter Decker Kate, 7.

She posted a carousel of photos and videos featuring her newborn while sharing her emotions after seeing her baby girl for the first time after birth. She wrote,

“It’s a girl!’ Baby sister arrived three weeks early like her big brother Vaughn, weighing in at 8lbs 5oz and rocking a full head of dark hair,”

“The first thing I saw was McCoy’s sweet chunky cheeks as we met our newest heaven-sent squish. She came screaming into our hearts and hasn’t stopped squawking since – earning @kyleboz’s best nickname yet: ‘Squeaks.’ … The cherry on top was holding hands with Decker the Doula/Birth Photographer-In-Training as I brought her longest held wish earth-side: a baby sister.”

Keough then expressed her gratitude towards the doctors and the “many people [who] prayed fiercely over this birth.” She concluded,

“We are seeping with gratitude that we got exactly what we prayed for: to bring our baby home, If you need me, I’ll be thanking God and pinching myself, savoring the magic of Stetson Lou Bosworth.”

The first son of Kara Keough and Kyle Bosworth has sadly passed away

Kara and Kyle also had another son, the second child of the family. On April 6, 2020, Kara gave birth to their second child, their first son named McCoy.

Sadly, McCoy died six days after the birth experiencing “shoulder dystocia and a compressed umbilical cord.”

The RHOC alum, 34, mourns the loss of her beloved son in a heartbreaking Instagram post, writing,

“On April 6th, our son McCoy Casey Bosworth was born at 3:10 a.m., Weighing in at 11 pounds and 4 ounces and spanning 21 inches, McCoy surprised us all with his size and strength (and overall perfection). During the course of his birth, he experienced shoulder dystocia and a compressed umbilical cord. He joined our Heavenly Father and will live forever in the hearts of his loving parents, his adoring sister, and those that received his life-saving gifts.”

She and Kyle often remembered her late son and honored him on significant occasions.
