It’s a girl! Kelly Mi Li reveals the sex of her first baby

Bling Empire star Kelly Mi Li is expecting her first child with her boyfriend, whose identity is still under wrap.

Li, 37, recently reveals the sex of her first child one month after her pregnancy announcement. On Monday, she shared a video featuring her dog, Sophie, surrounded by “Boy” and “Girl” cupcakes, and behind the camera, she said,

“We wanted to do it sweet and simple with just the two of us. And Sophie, of course.”

In the clip, Kelly cut a cupcake and the halves apart which appear pink filling as she and her boyfriend are having a baby girl.

Well, Congratulations are in order to Kelly and her partner. Baby girl is on the way!

The reality star also shared her excitement with Entertainment Tonight the same day, stating,

“I don’t know if it was the pregnancy hormones, but I did one of the happy cries when we found out. It will always be a moment that I cherish and hold close to my heart. We are so excited to meet our baby girl!”

When did Kelly Mi Li make an announcement about her pregnancy?

In early November Kelly announced she was pregnant, expecting her first child with her partner. She took to Instagram on November 17, to share the happy news with an exciting statement that reads,

“Well, the mystery to why I’ve been craving sweets and not just spicy food is finally solved. We’re so beyond grateful and excited to be starting this new chapter in our lives. PS: If you watch #BlingEmpire, then you know how much my mom wants to be a grandma!”

However, the Netflix star has been keeping her romance low profile. Prior to her mystery man, she dated actor Andrew Gray until May this year.

Kelly hasn’t shared much detail about her mystery man, sharing only that he lives in San Francisco. In an interview with E! News, she gushed about her baby’s father, stating,

“He is so great with kids honestly. I could not ask for a better partner and he’s perfect in every way.”

She shared that her partner loves kids and they had been talking about having children together before she learned of her pregnancy. Kelly told,

“We were talking about trying at end of the year. You know, I just turned 37, so we didn’t expect that to happen so fast. I was a little worried because a lot of my friends are going through IVF and going through hardship.”
“So, I thought I might have to go through that.”

She said her forthcoming infant is “unexpected,” adding to that she said,

“But we were obviously planning. We wanted to try starting at end of the year, just few months earlier.”
