Kendra Wilkinson is an American model and TV personality. She was one of the girlfriends of Hugh Hefner. She is a single mother and balances well her career with her motherhood.

Ex-model, Kendra started modeling after her high school. Hugh Hefner asked her to be one of his girlfriends. She agreed and moved to Playboy mansion. She was with him until 2009. At that time, she had begun dating Hank Baskett who was Philadelphia Eagles’ wide receiver. The International Business Times reported this and initially Kendra refused this relationship. But later, on 7 October 2008, she admitted that she is dating Hank.

In November 2008, Hank proposed to her and Kendra accepted it. Their wedding took place at Playboy mansion on 27 June 2009. In December 2009, the couple had a son. She revealed that she had postpartum depression:

“After giving birth, I never brushed my hair, my teeth, or took a shower. I looked in the mirror one day and was really depressed.”

They also had a daughter called Alijah who was born in at 2014. There was Hank’s cheating scandal the same year. On 6 April 2018, she put in her divorce papers for separation from Hank.

Kendra is a single mother to her two loving children. She is extremely close to them and keeps putting her photos with them on her social media. About her son Hank IV, she wrote:

“Hank is a very serious, old soul kinda kid. [He didn’t] really have interest in listening to music, but when he found the keyboard/piano things changed,”
“He likes to create and perform music.”

About Alijah, Kendra put up:

Kendra was a glamor model but in order to sustain herself and her kids, she needed to find some work. So she started real estate business and now has a show on it on TV. It goes by the name: Kendra Sells Hollywood. Talking to The Messenger about it, she said:

“I started TV at the age of 19 and you just kind of think that things are just going to be forever,”
“I lost it all one day. I lost everything I once knew and I spent years finding out that I need to get on my feet and do something new.”

She had a passion for real estate. She revealed:

“It’s something I got into and I love it,”
“It was definitely because I needed to support my two kids and myself.”

Kendra is grateful to her mentor Lisa Simonsen for her success in this line. It took her a while to learn the tricks of the trade and Lisa supported and guided her throughout the process. Lisa said:

“She was at the top of her game and was on television for 10 years because she’s very focused and determined,”
“She’s bringing that to real estate and we’re watching her. She is making a career and money and selling multi-million dollar properties right now.”

Kendra admits:

“I spent 16 years talking about the same thing over and over and over and over and over for 16 years. I’m now here as a real estate agent in my new world and people get to really be on this journey with me. That’s what the show Kendra Sells Hollywood is all about.”

She lives in the present. Kendra adds:

“None of that kind of stuff from 20 years ago really stays in my head,”
“Right here is my life. I have a whole new life. It’s only me and my kids and a great few friends.”
