Lisa Marie Presley’s estate sued after her death

A private lending company sues Lisa Marie Presley‘s estate for almost $3.8 million after the late star reportedly could not pay off a loan that she borrowed in 2018.

Naussany Investments & Private Lending, LLC claims that the daughter of Elvis Presley had until May 2022 to pay off the loan amount in full, as shown in the court documents shown by Entertainment Tonight.

The company alleges that Presley was not in contact with them after March 2022 despite their multiple attempts to collect the debt.

The court documents also show that Presley put up her ownership stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises and Graceland as collateral.

Nobody knows why the late singer took out the loan.

The lending company also claims that they lent Lisa Marie $450,000 in July 2016 which she paid off the next month in full amount.

NIPL, LLC  said that they are willing to drop the case if her family estate which is now under the control of her eldest daughter Riley Keough agrees to pay $2.85 million or 75% of the total debt within 45 days.

After her mother’s death in January, Riley became the sole trustee of her mom’s estate last month after a tough legal battle against her grandmother Priscilla Presley.

The 34-year-old actress also received ownership of Graceland, the iconic Memphis mansion that originally belonged to her grandfather Elvis Presley.

Riley also looks after the sub-trusts of her 14-year-old half-sisters, Harper and Finley.

What did Priscilla Presley say about her fight with Riley Keough?

Priscilla, 78, for her part, is now a paid special adviser to the trust. The settlement also means that she will now be buried next to her late husband which she initially declined.

To settle the agreement peacefully, Keough paid her grandmother over $1 million before they settled their legal fight in June.

The grandmother-granddaughter drama started after Lisa Marie’s shocking death when Priscilla challenged the authenticity and validity of her late daughter’s will.

Despite the nasty court battle, Priscilla claims that she and Keough were never on bad terms.

She told the Hollywood Reporter last month,

“Riley is now the executor, which should be right, obviously, being her daughter,”

“Riley and I are on good terms. We were never not on good terms. That was all publicity.”

She continued,

“In fact, I’m having dinner with [Riley] tonight. We understand what needs to be done. I’m there for her. She knows that. She wants me there for her to help her.”
