LiAngelo Ball and Nikki Mudarris are going to be parents for the first time
LiAngelo Ball and Nikki Mudarris are expecting their first child together.
Mudarris, who is a former Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood star is pregnant with the couple’s first child whom they are expecting this summer.
The couple talked exclusively to PEOPLE regarding the exciting news:
“We’re both so excited about becoming parents, we spoke about having a life and kids when we first met, our goals, dreams, life we wanted & then it really happened.”
They are thrilled about starting this new chapter together as first-time parents and sharing the experience together:
“We can’t wait to meet our baby and begin this new chapter together. It’s super exciting for us both being first-time parents and getting to experience everything together.”

The couple said that their families and friends were overjoyed to hear the news.
Mudarris stated that her family was shocked but very happy for her. She said:
“The news was super exciting for everyone in my family, however, everyone was super shocked and I think they’re still shocked even though my belly is huge! Overall, everyone cannot wait for the baby to come. They’re super happy for me, I found love with an amazing man and God blessed me with my baby, everything I really wanted is truly happening.”
Ball was in Charlotte, North Carolina when he first heard about the news. He said that his family was very happy and excited and his brothers LaMelo and Lonzo were excited to become uncles:
“When I told my mom and pops they were shocked a little bit but I think more so excited than anything. My mom was yelling and cheering in excitement. When I told my brothers [NBA stars LaMelo and Lonzo Ball] they were happy for me and also excited to become new uncles to my seed.”
The couple knows the gender of the baby but has decided to keep it private. Also, they have also already chosen a name for their baby:
“Ironically we picked our kid(s) names three months before I got pregnant so when we found out it was pretty easy what we were gonna name the baby.”
Mudarris is a reality TV personality, model, and entrepreneur.
She gained fame through her appearance on the reality TV show “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood”. She was a part of the main cast in seasons three, four, and five, and had supporting roles in seasons one, two, and six.
