Lucy Fallon gives an insight into her lavish baby shower ceremony

Lucy Fallon is going to be a mom soon and recently celebrated her baby shower at The Shankly Hotel in Liverpool.

The soap star gave fans an insight into how she celebrated the special day with her loved ones.

The 27-year-old actress is all set to welcome a baby boy with her boyfriend Ryan Ledson.

On Monday, the former Coronation Street star shared a picture on her IG story of herself wearing a 1920s-style white gown with a sheer embellished top that consisted of a thigh-high leg split.

The star looked like a radiant mom-to-be with her blonde hair styled in soft curls for the big day.

The venue featured a range of neutral-colored flowers and balloons where Fallon happily posed with her growing bump.

Later, the actress changed into a pair of satin pajamas as she sang and danced with her friends and family.

Fallon also admitted that she was ”dancing like I was in a mosh pit” during the celebrations.

The star joked:

“Guest arrivals were at 4pm and there was a prosecco cart,”
“And then when Ryan turned up around 6.30pm with the boys, he put money behind the bar – so everyone went a bit wild like they do at weddings when there’s a free bar! There were a lot of sore heads the next day.”

She added:

”I was basically dancing around like I was in a moshpit or something. I was the first one there and I was there until the end. I went upstairs at 10:30pm to put PJs on, but came back for more dancing until 1:30am.”

Lucy suffered a miscarriage in March

The guests at the shower also played a game of rock n roll bingo and enjoyed some afternoon tea.

The Bethany Platt actress had over 100 guests to join her for the celebrations, including many of her friends from the ITV soap.

Stars like Helen Fanagan, Sally Ann Matthews, Colson Smith, and Katie McGlynn stayed and enjoyed the party until 2 in the morning.

Lucy also said that the couple is all set to welcome a baby boy. They found out the gender at 16 weeks. Initially, they were convinced that it was a baby girl.

Fallon told in an interview,

”Obviously we weren’t bothered either way, but Ryan was so convinced we were having a girl. I’d been so sick at the beginning and neither of my sisters were sick when they were having their boys.”

The actress announced her pregnancy in September and is all excited to be welcoming a baby with the love of her life. But the pregnancy has also been full of anxiety as she suffered a miscarriage in March.

But the TV star admitted that her anxiety has lowered now that she is in her third trimester, with many necessary scans and checks easing her mind.
