Meghan Trainor and her husband Daryl Sabara welcomed their second child.

The singer gave birth to a baby boy on Saturday and announced the good news on her Instagram account.

On Tuesday, she shared a black and white snap of her baby boy resting on her chest following the birth. She captioned it,

“On July 1st (our 7 year anniversary of our first date) we welcomed Barry Bruce Trainor into the world ,”

She added,

“He was a big boy at 8lbs 7oz…and sideways (transverse), but we had an amazing, successful c-section, and I finally got my skin to skin time!”

The Dear Future Husband songstress also shared a snap of her husband holding their newborn in the delivery room. She also shared other photos of her gorgeous baby boy.

Close friends of the couple flooded the comment section with congratulatory messages.

Singer Mandy Moore wrote, “Go, Mama!! And welcome to the party, Barry!! What a lucky dude!!” alongside multiple heart emojis.

Actress Chrissy Metz commented, “Awww, congratulations!!!!! ,”

The Mother songstress revealed her pregnancy on the Today Show in January after teasing the news on social media that she had been hiding for months.

The then-expectant star gushed on the NBC morning show,

“I’m pregnant! We did it!”
“It finally happened, and we’re so excited.”

That same month, she also celebrated her son Riley’s 2nd birthday.

Trainor and Sabara, 31, tied the knot in December 2018 and even after the arrival of their second child, there is no stopping for them.
