Daniel Wai is a fitness trainer from New York. He runs his own fitness center, DW Fitness in the Bowery neighborhood of New York City.

Besides, he offers online coaching and “nutritional accountability”. Since a young age, he has had an interest in fitness.

Wai shared on his website that as a teenager, he was insecure about his body and decided to prioritize exercise and physical fitness, which has been a significant part of his life ever since.

Daniel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics and a secondary degree in Business.

After graduation, he started working full-time at a corporation, but never lost his passion for physical fitness.

He served as a consultant for over 500 Fortune companies. While doing his consulting job, he pursued his passion as well and obtained certification as a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer.

He then began applying for part-time work and was shortly hired by one of the top health clubs in Manhattan.

For a period of time, Daniel balanced both professions before ultimately quitting consulting to become a full-time trainer.
