Taylor Lautner and his new wife Taylor Dome are enjoying their married life. The couple who tied the knot on November 11 is spending their honeymoon in Mexico.

Photos of the newlyweds show them spending quality time together on a peaceful white-sand Mexican beach. Lautner, 30, looked relaxed in bright blue swim trunks, and Dome, 25, rocked a pastel green one-piece.

After their wedding, the pair opened up about special details of their wedding saying how everything felt so surreal and Dome added:

“We were both very involved in the process so we had high expectations, but it exceeded them for sure.”

Both Taylors share a common love for food and wine. So it’s no wonder that the lovebirds chose to hold the special ceremony at Epoch Estate Wines in California’s wine country. The event planners were Josiah and Justin of Samkoma.

“We just wanted the day to feel celebratory, no pressure or anxiety. Everybody there meant so much to us and we wanted all of them to be part of the day,”

The pair started dating in 2018 after Lautner’s sister Makena introduced them for the first time. Since then, they have never stopped gushing about each other on social media.

Lautner also recalls high emotions running on the day he married the love of his life. Because of this, the two made up their mind to do a first look before officially getting married.

The Abduction star explained:

“We did a first look [before the ceremony] because I knew if the first time I saw her was when she was walking down the aisle, I would have lost it,”
“I was surprisingly more composed than I thought I would be. But it was still tough to hold it together!”

Lautner’s sister introduced the couple for the first time

The couple decided to have an intimate ceremony with only a total of 90 friends and family members in attendance. The lovebirds exchanged handwritten vows and wedding bands by Ring Concierge.

Lautner popped the question to his lady love a year ago on November 2021 and the latter teased her wedding day was coming soon on her Instagram handle.

He captioned the proposal post on Instagram:

“And just like that, all of my wishes came true,”

His fiancee Taylor also expressed her excitement by saying:

“I CANNOT WAIT TO SPEND FOREVER WITH YOU,”

After the engagement became public, Lautner told a publication:

“I wanted to take a step back and enjoy life and spend some time with my family and friends,”
“My sister Makena actually introduced us. She called me and said, ‘Dude, I found your future wife. You need to meet this girl.’ And the rest is history.”

The then-soon-to-be bride posted a carousel of pictures of herself in a stunning red dress with a beautiful veil. She captioned the post: “Wednesday vibes???.”
