Happy Anniversary! Patrick Dempsey is celebrating a major milestone with his wife Jillian Dempsey.

The couple marked their 24th wedding anniversary together on Monday, July 31. They celebrated their special day with a romantic hike.

Similarly, they shared sweet Instagram posts to wish each other on their respective handles.

The former Grey’s Anatomy star, 57, shared a selfie of himself and Jillian taken during their hike with a scenic route. He then simply captioned the post,

“24 years !! What an amazing path we have been on ! love you ! Happy anniversary,”

The celebrity makeup artist, for her part, shared a photo of her husband from the same hike and captioned it,

“Happy 24th anniversary Paddy, our hike was incredible,”
