Celebrity Plastic Surgeon, Lenny Hochstein, 57 has divorced his wife, Lisa last year. But the divorce battle seems to be getting bitter over time. Now, they are fighting over their purchased furniture. The news is that Lenny now wants Lisa to depose in court on this matter.

Lenny Hochstein and Lisa’s fight over furniture

Moscow-born celebrity Plastic Surgeon, Lenny Hochstein, 57 has divorced his wife, Lisa in May 2022. The divorce battle is getting bitter by the day. The couple is now fighting over the furniture that they purchased for their marital home during their married life.

The plastic surgeon wants his estranged wife, Lisa to depose in court in this matter on Thursday, 24 January 2023 at 10 AM at Brady Law Firm in Coral Gables, Florida. He wants her to answer the questions that he and his lawyer seek an answer for from her.

Lenny has accused Lisa of taking away costly art items from their USD 10 million home. She was not supposed to take those with her after they split and she moved into a rental USD 32k per month home. Lenny feels that she overdid the transfer of art objects. It was more than what she needed to furnish her new rental pad. The court documents state:

“The deposition is being conducted for the purpose of discovery as to the issues which are presented to the Court in this Family Division matter,”

Lenny denies domestic violence

Earlier, Lisa had accused Lenny of domestic violence. In return, Lenny sued Lisa for defamation. Lisa had posted a pic of a bruise on her arm on her social media and alleged:

“Didn’t want to have to share this. But I’m left with no choice. I’m being threatened and harassed through the court system and through ‘others’ by Lenny and it needs to stop,”

Lenny had filed the defamation lawsuit in the court in Miami.

What did the defamation lawsuit say?

Lenny’s lawsuit against his ex explained how Lisa got a bruise. It read:

“The injury came about because [Lisa] as usual was yelling at and berating [Lenny] when he came home from work, as she did almost daily telling him how he never does anything right, so [Lenny] attempted to walk away and started walking up the stairs and [Lisa] walked in front of [him] going backwards up the stairs so she could continue yelling in [his] face and [she] lost her balance and fell on a stair.”

Lenny took expert help and opinion of a board-certified medical doctor who stated that Lisa got a linear bruise. And this type of bruise is not due to an abusive attack on her. Lenny added that he took medical help because he wanted to clear his name and tell the world that his ex is a liar.

The couple dated from 2007 and had wed in 2009 and they have two children together: son Logan and daughter Elle. Both were born by surrogacy. After the divorce, Lenny is already into another relationship. He is dating model Katharina Mazepa and proposed to her in July 2023.
