Giudice who faced 11 months of jail in 2015 for the fraud is now in another legal problem. There is a legal statement for Teresa for not letting them know about the traffic tickets and also using the phone at the time of driving.

According to Teresa’s lawyer Leonardo’s statement to the US:

“Both tickets were reported, but not within the required time frame. Teresa’s been fully compliant other than these incidents, and both she and I have spoken to her officer and understand exactly what is required should she have any future contact with law enforcement, which we do not anticipate will happen.”

According to the report of TMZ, she was given 24 months of supervised probation after her release from prison. She also received a handwritten warning from her probation officer.

Family life and husband of Teresa

Teresa’s husband Joe Giudice is in his 41-month prison sentence for fraud at New Jersey’s Fort Dix Correctional Institution, where he reported in March 2016.

They together are the parents of four children Gia, 16, Gabriella, 12, Milania, 11, and Audriana, 7. Teresa talked about how the legal woes ha affected her family life and especially her children.

She said:

“I’m just living every day like it’s my last and just focusing, like I always have, on my daughters and Joe. That’s it. Family means the world to me. My daughters are doing amazing, thank God. They’re being strong for mommy and daddy. As a family, we’re being strong for each other.”

She has four daughters with her Italian husband Joe Giudice who is a construction builder and restaurant owner. The eldest daughter Gia is 16 years old.

The other 3 daughters are Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana. It was not long back when Teresa Giudice’s 66-year-old mother, Antonia Gorga expired.
