Just months after the businesswoman and her granddaughter Riley Keough peacefully settled Lisa Marie Presley’s trust, Los Angeles Court Judge Lynn Scaduto officially signed off on the agreement, as per People.

The court’s official documents confirm that Elvis’s ex-wife’s burial wish has come true. She will lay to rest in the Meditation Garden of Graceland. The property now belongs to Riley after the death of Lisa Marie. The late singer inherited the property after her father’s death.

Presley’s family members like Elvis’ mother, Gladys Presley, grandmother, Minnie Mae, father, Vernon Presley, and Lisa Marie are also buried there. Lisa Marie’s son Benjamin who died by suicide in 2020 has also been laid to rest in the garden.

People confirmed that Scaduto also said that Priscilla will receive $1 million from her daughter’s $25 million life insurance policy.

Additionally, the businesswoman will also receive an annual sum of $100,000 in monthly installments for her supervising role as special advisor of the Promenade Trust related to its shareholder interest in Elvis Presley Enterprises.

Priscilla will receive the payment for 10 years until her death, as per the documents.

It was also noted that her son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, whom she shares with her producer ex Marco Garibaldi, will be a beneficiary of his mother’s trust.

Lisa Marie Presley died on January 12 of a cardiac arrest at the age of 54.

Shortly after the tragedy, Priscilla fought for the authenticity and validity of her daughter’s will after finding out that she was Riley replaced her as a manager without her idea.

Priscilla Presley recalled her daughter’s final days

In August, the Daisy Jones & the Six star, 34, admitted that she and her grandmother’s relationship soured amid the legal battle. However, they were still a family.

She said of her daughter, “She didn’t really look that OK — she looked very frail,”

The grieving mother also recalled Lisa Marie canceled their plans last night due to her stomach pain.

Priscilla recalled,

“Then I hugged her [goodbye], and she went her way, and I went mine, and that hug was the last hug I gave her,”
