The stunning actress, Zendaya made a strange move with the coming of the New Year. She did a clean-up of her social media pages. And what was the most surprising act was that she unfollowed everyone on her social media. The list included her colleagues, friends, and even her boyfriend, actor Tom Holland. But Tom Holland continues to follow her on his Instagram.

Zendaya has not specified any reason for this sudden unfollowing of all her close contacts. She has penned no explanation anywhere and has not told anyone why she did it.

After a pause of three months on her Instagram, Zendaya posted earlier this week about her upcoming movie. She put up an ad for the film and captioned the post:

Earlier to this post, was her post of her photoshoot three months back. In the pic, she was wearing a plunging polka dot bodysuit that had flowers on it which were made from recycled bottles.

In March 2023, Zendaya was seen in a photo of a manicure on her Instagram that seemed to have her ring prominently seen. The caption read:

Though she did not say anything directly, her fans assumed that the two had gotten engaged.

In May 2023, they were spotted on a date together at the NBA playoff game.

In June 2023, Tom had talked about their relationship. He told the Smartless Podcast host:

‘I’m lucky that I have someone like Zendaya in my life.
‘It’s interesting being in a romantic relationship with someone that is in the same boat as you.
‘You can share your experiences and all that sort of stuff – and that’s worth its weight in gold.’

And in September 2023, he had wished Zendaya her 27th birthday. But something went wrong around that time, it looks like. And Zendaya had stopped posting on her social media around the same time.

And last month, Zendaya put up a post on her Instagram Story but deleted it later on. In that post, she wrote:

‘I can’t post anything, you guys.
‘I posted it for my hat. Like not for the ring on my right hand, you guys, seriously.
‘You think that’s how I would drop the news? You think, like, what!’

She seemed to be denying that she was engaged to Tom.

What exactly is the reason for her unfollowing Tom and others is not clear. We will have to wait until she decides to break her silence and reveal.
