As a graduate assistant and wide receivers and tight ends coach at the University of South Carolina, he began working there in 1988. Moreover, he was hired by Clemson University in 1994 and held the position of running back and special teams coach until 1998. Under head coach Jon Gruden, Bisaccia joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2002 as their special teams coordinator.

The Dallas Cowboys hired him on January 30, 2013, to serve as head coach Jason Garrett’s assistant and special teams coordinator. He held this role till the conclusion of the 2017 campaign.

The Green Bay Packers hired Bisaccia on February 8, 2022, to serve as their special teams coordinator. Bisaccia received a promotion to assistant head coach and special teams coordinator on March 10, 2023.
