Rihanna Fenty has one more title to her lengthy list of accolades

Pop icon Rihanna Fenty is now enjoying another title to her name. The beloved music artist, business, and fashion icon is America’s youngest self-made female billionaire at age 34.

Forbes gave the new mother the title as her net worth is now approximately $1.4 billion dollars. All thanks to her successful music career and beauty brand Fenty and other business ventures.

Rihanna who has been in the entertainment industry for more than 15 years has earned millions of dollars from her music. But the majority of her wealth comes from her business ventures like Fenty beauty, and Savage x Fenty lingerie line.

Fenty Beauty which Riri co-wons generated almost half a billion dollars in 2020 alone. Apart from that the multiple-time Grammy winner also holds a 30% stake in the lingerie line which earned a $1 billion valuation after its series B funding last year.

Now, Rihanna has toppled Kylie Jenner who held the same title in 2020.

What did Rihanna say about her new Billionaire title?

Rihanna is yet to comment on her new title but in September, she told in an interview that the title of a billionaire is very scary.

She said:

“That’s what I worked for. I want to be able to share my inspiration.”

Earlier this year, just weeks before Riri welcomed her first child with A$AP Rocky, she was given the title of World’s Richest Female Musician by Billboard.

The Umbrella singer whose last album ANTI was released almost 8 years ago hinted that her new project might be on the way sooner than everyone thinks.

She said:

“I’m looking at my next project completely differently from the way I had wanted to put it out before. It’s authentic, it’ll be fun for me and it takes a lot of the pressure off.”
