Justin Bieber admits his love for Selena Gomez
The famed singer who hurriedly got engaged and then secretly married Hailey Baldwin was asked by a fan whether he married Hailey as revenge on Selena. Justin replied that he did not marry Hailey to get back on Selena.
But he also admitted that he still loves Selena. This confession on the part of Justin Bieber that he lived and still loves Selena created a buzz on social media.
It seems that Justin just wanted to make it clear that he is happy with his marriage to Hailey. He wanted people to stop sending him and Hailey hateful messages and trolls.
But then, people took it the other way. He had written:
“I absolutely loved and love Selena she will always hold a place in my heart, but I am head over heels in love with my wife and she is absolutely the BEST THING that has ever happened to me period….This is a reply to all immature sick people who send Hailey hurtful messages like ‘ he always goes back to Selena’ or ‘Selena is better for him’ YOU HAVE NO IDEA MY LIFE AND WHATs good for me. Hailey is my Bride period if you don’t like that or support that that means you don’t support me and if you don’t support me your not a fan nor a good person.”

In response to this post, Selena who had been maintaining a lowkey through all these months decided to break her silence. When her name came up on social media, she put up an indirect reply on this matter. She uploaded a throwback picture of herself picked up from her October 2018 cover photo shoot for Elle.
She captioned this picture:
“throw b.”
In just a matter of 7 minutes, this post of Selena got 220k likes.

People thought that Selena might be depressed and sad after learning about Justin’s wedding to Hailey. The on-off relationship between Justin and Selena had already ended last March.
It was long over before he began dating and got engaged to Hailey. Selena did not care that Justin had gotten engaged to Hailey. His closeness and engagement to Hailey did not affect Selena at all.
A source had revealed at that time:
“Selena was surprised an engagement happened this quickly but not surprised Justin would do something like this knowing who he is,”
The insider continued:
“At the end of the day though she doesn’t really care. Selena is totally over him. She had tried again to make it work that last time and it didn’t work out. Selena is definitely on a different path right now and in a much better place since Justin is out of the picture…She isn’t focused on dating as much as she’s just really focusing on herself. She’s happy right now just spending time with her girlfriends and going to church.”
In fact, when Justin and Hailey got engaged, Justin and Hailey were not even on talking terms. The source clarified:
“They haven’t spoken in months. She hasn’t been talking about him since they ended things again earlier this year,”
Selena’s friends also were not for her match with Justin. Another source told ET:
“Selena is such a catch, and her friends want her to be with someone who’s worthy of her. They really didn’t like Justin and her together. He didn’t appreciate what he had in her.”
