A source revealed that the Grammy-winning star and her beau Travis Kelce are reportedly planning to get engaged this summer.

Rumors have it that the footballer held himself off from popping the question over the winter holidays since “they don’t want it to seem like it’s rushed insanity.”

Other sources reveal that he won’t propose the Red singer on Valentine’s Day for the same reason. The insider claimed,

“Taylor and Travis discussed it and there is a plan,”
“They will get engaged on their one-year anniversary in July.”

After rumors, the couple first made their public appearance in September when she attended Kelce’s match at Arrowhead Stadium for his Kansas City Chiefs game.

Their romance started after Travis, 34, revealed in his New Heights podcast in July that he tried and failed to give the pop star his number at an Eras tour concert.

In December, Page Six reported that the athlete had asked the songstress’ father Scott Swift permission for his daughter’s hand in marriage.

A source close to Travis said,

“Scott has been asked for his blessing and has wholeheartedly given it, and Travis has been talking to friends about a ring.”

The lovebirds spent the holidays with Swift’s side of the family and Kelce’s dad. They were also seen packing on New Year’s Eve.
