The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On couple took to Instagram on Wednesday, January 3, to share the happy news that they are blessed with a baby girl named Lailanni Brunson.

Lailanni was born on Friday, December 29, weighing 6 lbs., 10 oz.

The new mom, 25, shared a series of photos and videos of her newborn baby girl on Instagram and captioned it,

“SOOOOOOO IN LOVE! This has been an amazing journey for us. Seeing our little one come into the world healthy was the perfect way to end 2023. Can’t wait to experience all of this next chapter.”

The baby arrived just three months after the couple announced their pregnancy.

In September, Riah shared a photo of a fuzzy onesie, little knit shoes, ultrasound photos, and a sign that read, “Baby Brunson, January 5, 2024.”

The couple also hosted a Teddy-themed baby shower the next month, sharing glimpses from the event on Instagram and captioned it,

“Baby shower was a success Thanks to @adayawontforget for decorating. Everything turned out amazing”

Trey and Riah appeared on the Ultimatum reunion over the summer, where they gushed about their marriage plans.

They revealed that they have plans to get married in spring 2025 with a destination wedding.

In addition, Riah said that the couple was feeling more prepared to start a family after losing a previous pregnancy.

Her earlier miscarriage had initially made her hesitant to become pregnant with Trey. She explained,

“I think for me it was a defense mechanism. Me and Trey—we were pregnant two years ago and I didn’t have a heartbeat. And for me to protect myself, I always said I didn’t wanna have kids, I don’t wanna have kids, because I didn’t wanna be pregnant and go to the doctor again [and] just, like, know that I didn’t have a heartbeat. That was rough.”
