April Marie has expanded her family with her boyfriend Cody Cooper. The new mom, 25, took to Instagram on Friday, August 11, to share the happy news that she and Cody have welcomed their first child together.

She wrote a lengthy heartwarming message alongside her photos from the hospital before her delivery.

“Baby Girl IS HERE! I knew I wanted to go through the experience of our delivery and time at the hospital in private. As hard as it was a secret to keep, I’m so happy to finally share with you guys… Just know it’s been a long week for us, but we made it!”

The statement continued,

“Cody & I have been at the hospital since Tuesday. Everything still feels so completely surreal right now. Baby girl is healthy & so perfect. The MOST painful 24+ hours of my life, yet the most beautiful experience EVER. I’ll never forget.”

She then went on to show her gratitude to “L&D doctors, nurses, midwives & staff” and to all of them who were there throughout the pregnancy journey.

At last, she wrote a separate paragraph praising her boyfriend for being “such an amazing partner” and “always being by my side”. She expressed,

“I am so excited to transition into parenthood with you & I can’t tell you how proud I am or how much more in love I am with you & all of the emotions I am feeling for our little family, I already know you’re going to be such an awesome daddy.“

However, the couple has yet to debut her newborn and share her name in the media.

Similarly, Copper commented underneath her post, writing,

“I love you so much baby! Excited to bring our little one into this world.”

The baby arrived four months after the couple shared their pregnancy announcement. In February, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child in a joint Instagram post.

Since then the reality TV star has frequently given an update on her pregnancy journey documenting her baby shower, vacations, and baby moon.

On July 19, she shared a carousel of pictures from her and Cody’s beach vacation with a caption,

“Destin photo dump from our last baby moon getaway, With our busy schedules, moving & these last few months feeling non-stop. It was so nice to escape reality for a bit, reset & mindfully spend time together. I appreciate moments like these more than anything.”

Similarly, she lately shared a sweet video of packing her hospital bag a day before the baby’s birth.
