Tyga officially responds to his ex-fiancee Blac Chyna‘s request for joint legal and physical custody of their son.

The Rack City rapper filed documents obtained by Page Six on October 13, requesting sole legal and physical custody of King Cairo.

The rapper also indicated that the model should have visitation rights but he wants the custody of their son.

In the court documents, Tyga also requested that both he and Chyna, whose real name is Angela White need permission from each other to take their son out of California.

Despite the ongoing legal custody battle, the Rob & Chyna alum didn’t let it affect their son, as she made his 11th birthday a memorable one.

TMZ reported that Chyna threw a special birthday party for her son on Sunday with friends and family.

The TV personality’s mother, Tokyo Toni also received an invite to the bash following their reconciliation.

On July 24, the former reality star asked for a joint legal and physical custody of their son to be split between his parents.

The model gave details about King’s current living situation and what she thinks would be in the “best interest of the child.”

She also requested an undisclosed child support from Tyga, 33.

The Main One hitmaker slammed his ex-fiancee in the comments of a Shade Room post where he shared the news of her custody filing.

He wrote, “10 years later…nah…stick to your schedule sat-mon,”

Last year, the rapper whose real name is Micheal Ray Stevenson, made fun of Chyna’s complaints that she receives no child support from him or Rob Kardashian, with whom she has a baby girl named Dream.

The rapper wrote,

“I pay 40k a year for my son school & he lives w me mon- sat. Why would I pay child support lol,”

Rob, 36, also agreed with Tyga’s statement at the time and wrote,

“I pay 37k a year for my daughter’s school. handle every single medical expense. I pay for all her extracurricular activities. I have my daughter from Tuesday-Saturday. Why would i pay child support lol.”

Chyna first met Tyga in 2011 when she appeared in his hit son Rack City.

In October 2012, they welcomed their son and got engaged shortly afterward. They ended their romance in 2014.
