‘Alone’ winner Woniya Thibeault is expecting her first child at the age of 47

Winiya Thibeault is ready to embrace her motherhood journey! The television personality, 47, is expecting her first child with her boyfriend Taylor Donovan.

She exclusively confirmed her pregnancy news to Us Weekly,

“Bring on the next adventure! I couldn’t have been more surprised or more thrilled to find out at age 47 long after I’ve given up trying, that I was pregnant, and with a perfectly healthy little one.”

Thibeault, whose full name is Dawn Marie Thieault, somehow gives credit to the show for the success of her fertility journey in her late 40s. She shared,

“In a way, I feel that Alone did bring me my baby, The profound healing I experienced through my two journeys, the incredible empowerment and feeling like there was nothing I couldn’t do, even the two long and deep cleanses — going so long with minimal calories, and only wild foods. I truly believe these were all part of me remaining strong, healthy, and fertile into my late 40s.”

The CA native Woniya is the first female contestant who won the History Channel’s hit show, Alone.

In 2019, she made her debut in the show when she ended up with a second position competing against winner Jordan Jonas, lasting a total of 73 days. She later returned to the show in the 2022 Spinoff Alone: Frozen.

At the time, she ultimately won the show defeating six other contestants.

Presently, she is 22 weeks pregnant and her due date is in February the next year.

She also made her pregnancy announcement on Instagram sharing a series of pictures of herself along with her beau, showing off her growing baby bump.

She wrote in the caption section,

“Taylor and I are excited, overwhelmed, and feeling all the feels, but the biggest ones are joy and gratitude.”

Who is Woniya Thibeault’s boyfriend Taylor Donovan?

Woniya debuted her man on Instagram in 2022. Taylor has earlier married once. He was married to Jennifer Donovan on December 12, 2012.

However, it is unclear when they got seperated. The last time, they were seen together was in December 2019.

Talking about his profession, Donovan is a Chiropractic Physician. He also owns a firm called Heath for Life Chiropractic.

Taylor received his degree in Biochemistry Major and Medical Anthropology Minor from the University of California.
