The rapper who married Krista Joiner in 2014 said that he can not pay her the financial support after their divorce.

Xzibit is not ready to pay spousal support to his estranged wife Krista Joiner

Rapper Xzibit does not think it is necessary for him to pay spousal support to his estranged wife Krista Joiner who now lives in their $3 million home with her new lover and his kids.

The 47-year-old rapper said that he has gone from helping others pimp their ride to getting pimped himself.

Krista said she wants spousal support in their divorce, something which the My Name rapper has strongly denied.

He said that a huge part of his fortune dried up during the COVID pandemic and he does not have the cash to support her after their divorce settlement.

He further added that there is no income source for him to be the breadwinner of the family since he no longer gets money from his cannabis ventures.

Furthermore, he has not worked in Hollywood since 2019 and lost a big amount of money when the pandemic halted the concert scene.

In the docs provided, the rapper said that he:

“struggling to make ends meet at the same time trying to uphold being a public figure, pay my own expenses and provide for my son.”

X pleads to court to help him

Xzibit is asking the court to help him as he believes his wife certainly does not need the spousal support money to take care of herself.

Another reason why the rapper does not want to pay the support amount is that Krista is doing just fine with an annual income of about $175,000. Also, she is living a lavish life in her husband’s multi-million dollar home with her new boyfriend.

On the other hand, Krista’s new boyfriend is enjoying his lifestyle at the mansion and even filmed a pilot in the residence. X claimed that the man even took down his artwork and recording plaques.

X further accused his estranged wife of forging his name on a cheque for the down payment of a Bentley.

He strongly urged Joiner to return the car back since he couldn’t afford it. Joiner, however, refused to return it and hid it for 8 long months before it was finally repossessed.
