Simon Rex talks about the lie

Actor Simon Rex, 46 is said to be one of the ex-boyfriends of the former Duchess of Sussex. But this was not true, says Simon. He has now decided to break his silence and reveal all.

Simon disclosed that though he never did anytime in his life to date Meghan, a British tabloid once offered to give him $ 70k as payment to tell the lie that he had a relationship with Meghan.

Actor Simon told on the Hollywood Raw podcast:

“Nothing happened. We never even kissed. It was just like, we hung out once in a very non-datey way,”

He added:

“She was just someone I had met on a TV show and, like, we got lunch. That was the extent of it.”

Simon disclosed:

“The tabloids, actually, when that story broke, a couple British tabloids offered to pay me a lot of money to say a lie that we actually hooked up. And dude. I said no to a lot of money because I didn’t feel right lying and f*cking up the royal f*cking family…”

Revealing the amount, he said:

“It was a lot of money man, I think they offered me like $70,000.”
