The new mother Adrienne Bailon shows off a new tattoo in honor of her newborn son Ever James.

Adrienne, 38, recently welcomed her first child a baby boy with her husband Israel Houghton. They name the boy Ever James. The couple gave birth to their first child via surrogate.

Bailon celebrated her newborn son’s arrival with some new ink, she got her newborn son’s name tattooed on her hand. On Thursday, August 18, the singer shared an IG story, scribed Ever in cursive across her hand.

“I am so in love with my @everjames tattoo,”

Similarly, she simply wrote with the photo tagging New York tattoo artist Michelle Santana.

A few days before, the new parents revealed they welcomed their baby boy with emotional posts on their respective IG handles. The new mom reflected on her long and difficult journey to parenthood.

The caption reads,

“For this child we have prayed/Just to hear our baby cry/Skin to skin and face to face/Heart to heart and eye to eye…,”

She then continues with the lengthy statement,

“Our baby boy is here & we are so in love! If you have followed our love story… you know that our journey to baby has been very challenging – But God is true to His word and His promises. We have quietly prayed while sitting on this most magnificent secret for the last 9 months,”
