Angelina Jolie, 47, is all set to expand her career portfolio. The actress is reportedly launching her clothing and jewelry line, on which she has been working for more than a year.

A source close to her confirmed to The Sun that she has filed a trademark for the name ‘Atelier Jolie’ and expects that it will be approved so that she can proceed with her new venture.

The outlet reported,

“The trademark covers everything from custom-made jewelry to couture clothing and tailoring. She is a huge advocate for sustainable fashion and this is something the brand will have a major focus on.”

“The plan is still very much in its infancy but the wheels are in motion.”

On May 11, 2022, Jolie filed a patent application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

According to reports, the trademark covers “custom jewelry” and “vintage and couture clothing and fashion accessories” including handbags, shoes, and other products like linens and furnishings.

This is not the first time Angelina will be entering a jewelry line

Angelina may be entering the clothing industry for the first time, but she has worked with jewelry lines before.

The Eternals actress previously collaborated with Robert Procop on a jewelry line called Style of Jolie. Robert is the same jeweler who designed the stunning emerald-cut engagement ring that her ex-husband Brad Pitt proposed to her with.

Procop praised Angelina in a 2012 British Vogue interview, gushing about their collaboration. He said at the time,

“Angelina has a creative mind and we work well together. She’s very hands-on and very methodical,”

Similarly, Jolie and her ex-husband Brad Pitt previously owned a winery before their divorce.

Zahara, Angelina Jolie’s oldest daughter, also has her own line named Zahara Collection collaborating with Procop, launched in 2019 when she was just 14 years old.
