Alvina Stewart, 22, the wife of Anthony Anderson again filed for divorce after 22 years of the roller-coaster ride of their relationship.

The Black-ish star’s wife previously filed for dissolution of marriage in 2015 but dismissed her divorce petition in 2017 and has reconciled. The duo made their high-school romance into married life but doesn’t seem they could grow older together.

The high school sweetheart walked down the aisle back in September 1999. It’s been 22 years since their marriage however, the two are now calling it quits. The pair together shared two adult children Nathan, 22, and Kyra, 26.

Divorced

On Monday (March 28), Stewart filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Courts, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their breakup. The couple has had ups and downs in their relationship over the years.

Previously, she claims to the court she would share joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s son and wanted spousal support. At the time, she also cited irreconcilable differences in the divorce.

In the new filing, she is requesting spousal support and the date of separation was noted as TBD. In the document, she listed their date of separation as April 1, 2014.

The document further reads,

“All gifts and inheritance, all assets, earnings, accumulations, and debts acquired by Petitioner prior to the date of marriage and after the date of separation, the exact nature and extent of which are unknown,”

Similarly, she added the attorney fees to be paid by her now-estranged husband Anthony.

As of now, Anthony seems already living apart from his ex-wife in New York. He shared a video of himself on his respective IG handles in which he is buying a television for his apartment on East Coast, New York.

In the clip, he asked for a ride from a random person, who helped him carry the massive televisions from the store to his home.

He captioned the video,

“Saturday I walked to #bestbuy to get tv’s for my NYC apt and realized I had no way of getting them to my place. This brother Alex was ahead of me in line so I asked if he would drive me to my place and he agreed. What he didn’t tell me was that he had someone in the car and that it was full of work equipment. But we made it work! Just another one for the books!”
