Archie Lyndhurst, TV actor dies at age of 19!

TV actor, Archie Lyndhurst was only 19 years. But he died on 30 September 2020 after a brief illness. The exact cause of his death is not known. Moreover, he was the son of the famous actor Nicholas Lyndhurst.

Archie Lyndhurst dead at 19

TV actor Archie Lyndhurst has died. He was only 19 years of age. He was an actor on the show So Awkward on CBBC. Hence, the channel released a statement about it:

“We’re so sorry to have to tell you that Archie Lyndhurst, who so brilliantly played Ollie in So Awkward on CBBC, has very sadly died after a short illness. Archie will be hugely missed by all who worked with him, and by all the fans who laughed along with Ollie in the show,”

The death came on 30 September 2020. He died at his home in Fulham after a brief illness. The exact cause of his death is not revealed. But it is considered unexplained but not suspicious. An inquest into his death would start next week.

Nicholas and his wife Lucy Smith told BBC that they are grief-stricken by the sudden death of their son. They request privacy during this difficult time of their life.

The star was part of the CBBC show So Awkward since 2015. His character was named Ollie and it was a funny role. The people used to laugh at his dialogues and actions.

Before this role, Archie has also acted in the TV series Bad Education and the video game Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward.

“There was once a boy named Archie Lyndhurst and he made me the happiest girl in the whole wide world,”

“A boy in a white beanie with his skateboard swaggered through two wooden doors with an unimaginable lust for life down the hallway of Sylvia Young Theatre School.

“He sat across from me while my head was buried in a script, trying to book a job. He was there for his friend who was really nervous and auditioning too, he was always there for his friends.”

She uploaded a lengthy caption and praised his good qualities. In the end, she thanked him for making her the luckiest girlfriend in the world.
