A family of four! Astrid Loch and her husband Kevin Wendt have expanded their family.
The Bachelor in Paradise couple welcomed their second child a baby boy named Nash Lochland Wendt on Saturday, October 7.
The firefighter, 39, took to Instagram the next day to share the happy news that his wife Astrid had given birth to their second child just before Thanksgiving in Canada.
They are already a parent to their 22-month-old son August. Wendt shared a series of photos including a family photo featuring their newborn.
The slideshow also includes a video in which Astrid can be seen carrying August who excitedly leaning over and taking a look at his baby brother.

“Happy Canadian Thanksgiving, Thankful doesn’t even begin to describe it.”
The baby arrived almost seven months after the pair announced their pregnancy in February.
Kevin and Astrid met on season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise and announced their engagement in August 2019.

Before becoming a mother, Astrid had experienced infertility issues. She documented her pregnancy struggle and IVF journey in her blog post as well.
At the time of her first pregnancy, she called her fertility struggles “the toughest thing” she’s ever experienced. She said at the time,
“I can’t wait to share more of how we got here, But today is finally about some good news, and we hope you can enjoy it with us. #ivf #infertility.”
The former Bachelors admitted that they were nervous this time around while they were transferring their embryo, but they made it clear that they were considerably less afraid than they were last time.
