As per the legal case, Bob exploited his musician status to provide her with alcohol and drugs and sexually abused her multiple times. Likewise, he is accused of using threats of physical violence. She is seeking unspecified damages and a jury trial.

The legal documents were filed on Friday at the New York Supreme Court under the state’s Child Victims Act. The claim was submitted a day before the closure of a temporary legal ‘look back window’ in New York, which allowed historical abuse allegations.
She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages from Dylan. Likewise, the suit was filed one day before the New York Child Victim Act expired on 14th August 2021. Moreover, the lawsuit was filed pursuant to the act and it gave her the opportunity to seek redress.
