Burt Reynolds has left out his adopted son Quinton from his Will and instead made a Trust for him
American actor Burt Reynolds died 2 weeks ago on 6 September 2018. His will has been released and it is noted that Burt has not named his only son Quinton as the beneficiary in the Will.
Burt Reynolds’ Will
The American actor Burt Reynolds did not die intestate. He had made a will and a copy of this Will has been obtained by TMZ. It is learned that Burt has left out his son Quinton out of the Will and has not made any Trust for him. This was a deliberate step on the part of the father who wrote in the Will:
“I intentionally omit him from this, my Last Will and Testament, as I have provided for him during my lifetime in my Declaration of Trust.”
This Will was signed in 2011 and as per the Will, Burt’s niece Nancy Lee Brown Hess is the personal representative of his estate.
Burt also put his great-nephew Brian Ritchey Brown and great-niece Tracy Erin Rogers as personal representatives who would come into the picture in the case for any reason Nancy is unable to perform the duties.
Nancy has also been given the responsibility for his remains. All his assets are put into a Trust, a moved probably for tax purposes. He was worth $ 5 million at the time of his death.

She added:
“I really didn’t speak to him for the last 30 years of his life. I would feel him kind of reach out to me via the press. It was something he would do even when we were dating. He would speak to me about things that he could call me on the phone about.”
She further added:
“He would do the ‘Today’ show and say, ‘I need to tell Sally…’ Well, okay! He will always be in my heart and in my history. I think at least he’s not hurting right now.”
