The actor was not present at Ben’s and JLo’s lavish Georgia wedding.

Casey Affleck welcomes Jennifer Lopez into his family in the sweetest way possible.

Affleck might have missed his brother Ben‘s wedding to Jennifer but he still gave her a warm welcome that is making everybody’s hearts melt.

Over the weekend, the Oscar winning-actor posted a throwback picture of the famous trio, Ben, Jennifer, and him on his verified Instagram account.

He then captioned it:

“Good things are worth waiting for.”
“Here is to twists and turns, new beginnings, and finding new reservoirs of old love.”Welcome to the family.

The actor also warned his sister-in-law by saying:

”Get ready for some real dysfunction! Kidding. I am kidding.”

He concluded:

“Jen, you are a gem. We love you so much!!!”

Casey’s elder brother Ben and Jennifer eloped in Las Vegas in June, finally after 19 years of calling off their first engagement.

After their surprise Vegas wedding, the couple said I DO for the second time at their $8.9m Georgia estate and threw a party for many A-listers.

Casey was home due to parental obligations

On the day of their wedding, the Every Breath You Take actor was seen roaming around Los Angeles and could not attend the function due to parental obligations at home.

Jennifer wore a white Ralph Lauren gown with a long, flowing train and veil at the second wedding ceremony. Ben looked dashing in a white and black tuxedo.

The couple’s children from their former marriages were also present and accompanied them to the aisle.

Famous podcaster and former monk Jay Shetty officiated the wedding.

Talking about how Jennifer felt about the wedding, an insider said:

”Jennifer thought the wedding was perfect. It was a dream for her”
“She loved having all the kids there. She loved the location. It all felt very special.”

The insider also added:
