She has two high-school-aged sons Luke and Val. The couple engaged in June 2017 in Lake Como, Italy, and married three months later on 2nd September 2017 in a small ceremony in Santa Barbara, California.

On their second wedding anniversary, Aikman posted a picture of the couple on Instagram and wrote,
“I love you. I love us. Also, I love our family. Happy anniversary to the of my life!”
Even on their busiest schedule, they make time for each other to connect. Likewise, they went on an African Safari and in 2018 they went to Hawaii.
