She shared the exciting news on Wednesday, April 26, sharing a video of 2D and 3D sonograms of the fetus from her ultrasound

Chelsea Meissner is ready to begin her motherhood journey! The former Bravo star, 27, took to Instagram on Wednesday, April 26, to share the exciting news that she is pregnant with her first child.

However, she hasn’t shared any details about her unborn child’s father.

Chelsea Meissner reveals she is pregnant with her first child

Meissner shared a video of 2D and 3D sonograms of the fetus from her ultrasound at East Cooper Maternal Fetal Medicine in Mt. Pleasant, SC.

Similarly, she reveals her due date by writing, “Arriving September 2023” next to the video.

The Southern Charm alum then captioned the post,

“The circle of life is a powerful thing. When Tyson passed, I knew I could never love another soul nearly as much unless I had a child of my own.. now here we are with one on the way. You just never know what God has in store for you.”

Sadly, her dog, Tyson, passed away last year. In August 2022, she paid tribute to her dog by sharing a black-and-white photo of herself hugging her beloved canine with a heartbreaking caption that reads,

“I have never experienced pain quite like this. Tyson, you were my ENTIRE world. I know this isn’t goodbye so please wait for me, but until then, go rest high on that mountain. I will love and miss you for the rest of my life but I am forever grateful for the 12 years of your unconditional love.”

Continuing, the hairstylist then praised her mom as well as giving a shout-out to her upcoming baby’s father, stating,

“I’m so fortunate to have strong women in my life who have paved the road for me to motherhood and lucky to have one hell of a man! Here’s to a thick girl summer”

Further, Chelsea hasn’t shared much about her pregnancy, however, seemingly hinted at the sex of her unborn child with the video’s background music, which is the song “My Little Girl” by Jack Johnson.

Chelsea made her television debut on season 24 of Survivor, where she placed third overall in 2012. She then appeared in season 3 of the reality series, Southern Charm, as a guest star.

Later, she returned to the show as a recurring cast member and a full-time cast member for seasons 5 and 6. In 2017, she began dating co-star Austen Kroll between seasons 4 and 5 of the show, however, their relationship didn’t last long.

The former couple broke up after a brief romance. A year later, she linked with sailor Nick Dana.
