Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky are one of the longest-lasting couples in Hollywood. The couple has been living a blissful conjugal life for over ten years.

Now, questions have arisen about their marriage as fans noticed they have been spending significant time holidaying separately in recent months, leading to doubts about an alleged separation.

Lately, Elsa and the couple’s children put up the family Christmas tree at their Byron Bay mansion without Chris.

In the past months, the pair have been spending time apart, seemingly ignoring each other.

Their chemistry seems to have fizzled out since October after Pataky took their twin sons Tristan and Sasha, 9, to Japan, whereas Hemsworth went to Iceland with their daughter India, 11.

Similarly, the 47-year-old Spanish model and actress traveled to Spain in November, while Chris was seen spending time with his family in Abu Dhabi.

A source close to the couple spoke about their relationship in a recent interview with In Touch magazine.

“The status of Chris and Elsa’s marriage is a question mark, The separate vacations are a huge red flag, but it’s more than that. They’re still very much a united family, but they’ve drifted apart as a couple.”

The source added,

“They were the perfect husband-and-wife team for so long – both gorgeous, beautiful kids. Everything seemed picture-perfect. But things have definitely changed,”

The “Thor” star, 40, seemingly shut down the separation rumors after fans raised their concerns about their marriage life.

Recently, he posted a series of photos from their Christmas Party, which seems to be held at their home. He shared a group photo in the first series of the post.

The following post shows the pair posing with their friends over the infinity pool and out towards the sea. Similarly, he captioned the post simply writing,

“Happy holidays to all you beautiful humans! Xo”

Well, it is still unclear what’s going on between the couple as they haven’t yet commented on their separation news.
