Matthew Koma and Hillary Duff were first linked in January and had displayed plenty of PDA in the following months, including posting on Duff’s Instagram. They made their debut appearance together at the pre-SAG Awards party. The couple had flown around the globe to different romantic getaways since they first started seeing each other. Back in February, they went for a romantic vacation to Costa Rica to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

After several months of dating, the music producer Matthew Koma and his singer and actress Beau Hillary Duff have parted ways, the source confirmed. The budding romance of the couple, however, ended last month. Fans began to get suspicious of a possible split when the couple stopped following each other on Instagram.
The reason behind their split is said to be their busy schedules. As both of them are currently single, Matthew Koma is back to touring, and on the other side, ‘Younger’ actress reunited with her ex-partner, Jason Walsh on Monday in New York.
Hillary spotted with her ex
The former “Lizzie McGuire” child star was spotted on Monday in New York City with her ex-boyfriend and former trainer, Jason Walsh. One eyewitness said the two went into her apartment building together.
Duff is currently shooting for the fourth season of the TV Land series “Younger.” One source stressed that Koma is “single” and on tour right now.
But the pair never made any statements regarding their dating, however, Duff did share a candid cuddling picture on Instagram along with the caption.
Earlier back then
Earlier in January, Duff had taken Koma, also 29, to Santa Barbara’s San Ysidro Ranch for a holiday weekend getaway. It turns out the hotel is the same one where she spent her wedding night with then-husband Mike Comrie in August 2010.
Then, in February, the pair escaped to Costa Rica to celebrate Valentine’s Day and unabashedly shared some PDA photos on their social media accounts.
“They had great chemistry in the studio,”
a Duff source told Us about the pair’s romance earlier in this year.
Their history
Previously, Texas native Hilary Duff ad married NHL pro Mike Comrie in August 2010. The duo was together for some years until they announced their separation in January 2014. Their divorce was finalized in February 2016.
Hilary and Mike also have a son, Luca Cruz Comrie, 5 and their relationship is somewhat amicable so far. Previously, Hilary confessed.
“I’ve never been a good dater. I meet, like, one person a year that I’m maybe attracted to. I never want to be that girl who’s desperate to find a mate.”
Before Duff, Koma had been in a relationship with singer Carly Rep Jepsen in 2012 and this went on until 2015.
Update on their relationship
Hillary is back with Matthew and pregnant with his child, it’s not long before they’re back together. The two were blessed with a baby girl named Banks Violet Bair.
Similarly, the two got engaged after the producer pops the question on May 9, 2019. Eight months after the proposal, they walked down the aisle on December 21, 2019, in an intimate ceremony.
