The American beauty with a great voice, Emi Canyn, and musician of Motley Crue, Mick Mars started a relationship and after a wonderful courtship period wed on 29 September 1990.

Things between them were okay for a few years before they started facing marital conflicts. They had no kids together. But they separated after four years of marriage in May 1994.

There is no information about her dating anyone else before or after her relationship with Mick Mars. She has no children.

Emi Canyn and her early life and career

Emi Canyn was an American singer. She was born on 5 December 1954 in the USA in Tacoma in Washington. Her birth name was Emi Jo Schmidt. And her parents were Eleanor Schmidt and Floyd Schmidt.

She had many siblings which are Barbara Reines (Johnny), Kenneth Schmidt (Monique), H. Douglas Schmidt (Janet), Rob Schmidt (Dee), Jeri Ovechka (Ron), and Jon Schmidt (Dawn). Her sister Joan McMahan died before her.

She studied at Mount Tahoma High School and graduated in 1973. But whether she completed her graduation? It is not known.

In the late 1970s, she moved to California for greener pastures. Her interest was singing and she wanted to pursue it as a career.

She started work as a backup singer during the tours of the band Motley Crue. Her name has been associated with several other bands as well such as Alice N Thunderland, She Roc, and Cannon as a singer and songwriter.

Emi Canyn’s death

Emi died on 25 February 2017 at the age of 62. The death happened at her residence in Lacey in Washington. The cause of her death is not known but her parents died before her death came.

Emi loved animals and had Emi had many four-footed friends throughout her life. Most recently she owned two puppies, Kujo and Gizmo.

Mick Mars and his relationships and children

Mick is a prolific singer and guitarist. He has talent and had been into multiple relationships before and after his wedding to Emi Canyn.

Mick married a young lady called Sharon in 1971 after a year of dating. They had two kids together; Stormy Deal and Les Paul Deal. But they divorced in 1974.

Mick was dating Marcia Tucker from 1974 to 1979. Later he started a relationship with Linda Correia in 1980. But by 1984, the couple had split. From 1984 to 1987, he found love with Nina Hagen.

Mick was married to Emi from 1990 to 1994. And from 1995 to 2084, he was dating Robbie Mantooth.

He has an unacknowledged child, son Erik Deal.
