Here’s how Ernesto Favara stabbed his wife to Death

Police have arrested a 63-year-old man Ernesto Favara on the account of stabbing his wife multiple times in the abdomen. Maria, his 29-year-old wife was lying dead with multiple wounds which caused her to die.

As Maria died, the Fisherman Favara was seized by cops at the couple’s home in Castelvetrano, Sicily on Christmas Eve. Though paramedics and Police rushed to the crime scene, they were unable to save victim Maria Amatuzzo.

The 63-year-old junk dealer’s motive to kill his wife is not known yet. Reviewing and investigating the murder, he killed Maria after she came back to get her belongings after leaving the home a few days earlier.

Police Captain Pietro Calabro then revealed,

“The conflict between the two was known.”

Favara wielded and wounded Maria 12 times with a kitchen knife and let her die before calling the paramedics. His hands were drenched in blood as Police took him under custody after he stabbed his wife on Christmas Eve.

Briefing the couple’s brief relationship timeline, the couple was living together for more than five years before this tragic death. The couple who share a pair of twin four-year-old daughters had a huge quarrel before Favara took his own wife’s life.

Carabinieri is investigating the murder case of Maria right after Favara was arrested for the alleged murder. Meanwhile, local outlet Trapanioggi has interrogated killer husband Favara in the town of Marsala in Sicily in front of an investigating judge and prosecutor.

As per the latest update Favara is currently represented by his lawyer Margherita Barraco, while he confesses what happened that night on Christmas Eve.
