Steve Burton has finally finalized her divorce from his estranged wife Sheree Burton.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the exes agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their minor children, son Jack, and daughter Brooklyn, and 20-year-old daughter Makena.

The Days of Our Lives actor, 53, is ordered to pay $12,500/month to Sheree until April 2024, after which he must pay $10,000/month.

Both parties refused spousal support “now or at any time in the future regardless of the unforeseen circumstances that may exist in the future”. However, Sheree gets $50,000 retroactively.

The divorce has been finalized after nearly two years since the couple separated.

The General Hospital alum filed for divorce in July 2022 two months after accusing his then-wife of getting pregnant with another man’s child.

He listed their official date of separation as March 1, citing irreconcilable differences. They had been married for almost 23 years and hadn’t signed a prenuptial agreement.

Who is Sheree Burton pregnant with?

Sheree has kept a low profile since her separation from her ex-husband Steve Burton.

In February, she gave birth to her fourth child a daughter named Izabella. However, she hasn’t yet disclosed the identity of the child’s father.

She announced the birth of her child via Instagram, writing,

“Some things I’ve realized with having my 4th baby in my 40s. I know how fast it goes by, I don’t sweat the small stuff, and I do my best to be present with all my children and live in the moment. I know I’m far from perfect but my kids know they’re loved and ultimately that’s really all that matters”

In October, she made another shocking announcement revealing she is pregnant with her fifth child. However, she has not revealed the father of the child or clarified if it has the same father as her previous child.

“Current status…unexpectedly expecting my 5th baby making that 4 girls and 1 boy. If you would have told me I was going to have 5 kids with 2 of them being born in my 40s I would have laughed and said you were crazy but God has a plan, and here I am and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful for my life and the people in it.”

The fitness instructor then added,

“These past 2+ years have been quite an experience and I’ve learned so much about myself. I realized that I’m much stronger than I ever could have imagined and that change is a must for growth.”
