Pregnant Chanel Iman and Davon Godchaux are engaged

It’s double a congratulations for Chanel Iman and Davon Godchaux who recently got engaged during their babymoon trip in Capri, Italy.

The pregnant model who is pregnant with her and Godcahux’s first child together took to Instagram to announce the news to fans.

Sharing a carousel of proposal photos on Instagram, the model wrote,

“The blessings keep pouring,”
“grateful for this new chapter and soon to be married and a forever to go,”

In yet another post, the runway star called the Italian city to be the perfect place for the football player, 28, to pop the question.

“I love you so much @chauxdown ,”
“You promised me the world and so far you have given me that and so much more!”

She added,

“One of the best gifts in life is a life time of adventures! My soulmate, protector and best friend the best memories are yet to come.”

Davon, for his part, wrote on his Instagram Stories that he was living the Italian dream as he and his future wife continued their travels in Amalfi.

Iman has two daughters from her previous marriage

The news of the proposal comes merely three weeks after they announced that they were expecting their first baby, her third and his second.

Chanel Iman is already mother to two daughters Cali, 4, and Cassie, 3, whom she welcomed with her ex-husband Sterling Shepard in 2018 and 2019 respectively.

The two married in 2018 and ended up divorcing just three years later.

Sterling filed for divorce in June 2021 and it was finalized just earlier this month.

Iman quickly moved on with Davon in 2022.

Earlier this month, Davon Gochaux and Chanel used pink confetti cannons to reveal that they are having a baby girl.

The heavily pregnant model shared a video on May 15 which she captioned, “The gender reveal is here!!!! Surprise”

The clip showed the VS angel, 32, and the England Patriots defensive tackle, 28, posing for a maternity shoot with her two daughters.

Chanel debuted her pregnancy earlier this month during a photo shoot she was doing with reality stars Brittany Cartwright and Heather Rae Young.

She then took to Instagram to share the exciting news with her fans, writing,

“Our family is growing and we are so excited to meet our new little one .”

Fans were convinced that Godchaux was planning to propose to his ladylove when he wrote “My love my everything! Soon to be mine forever.”
