Giannis Antetokoumpo and Mariah Riddlesprigger are officially engaged!

Giannis Antetokoumpo took the next step in his relationship with his girlfriend Mariah Riddlesprigger.

The Milwaukee Bucks star, 28, revealed he and Mariah are engaged during a press conference to promote their volunteer work with Milwaukee’s Diaper Mission on Monday, September 11.

He also acknowledged that they are planning to get married any time soon. Antetokoumpo said,

“Soon [I’m going] to be married to this beautiful woman next to me,”

The soon-to-be bride, who wore a large diamond ring on her left finger, could be seen standing next to the athlete and smiling while he was speaking to the press.

Further, they didn’t provide much detail about when Giannis proposed to Mariah and when are they planning to get wed.

The engagement news comes just four months after the couple announced that they are expanding their family.

In May, the newly engaged couple shared that they are expecting their third child together via Instagram post.

The two are already a parent to two sons Liam, 3, and Maverick, 2.

Mariah and Giannis have been dating since the mid-2010s. However, the couple prefers to keep their relationship private so they occasionally give fans glimpses of their life on social media.

Giannis also gave an update on their forthcoming baby during the press conference. The couple revealed the gender of their forthcoming baby, sharing,

“I know my two boys are gonna be extremely excited to meet their little sister, and protect her and spend time with her and play with her, and you know, grow up with her,”

Adding to that the pregnant mama shared her experience of her pregnancy journey, revealing,

“I’m feeling very pregnant, hopefully the baby comes very soon. I’m very excited. It’s our third. Our other two boys are excited as well. We’ll see how it goes.”

She then went on to praise her soon-to-be-husband for his love and support during this special time.

“He’s done a great job,”
