Grace McCallum competed at the 2018 Pacific Rim Gymnastics Championships and won gold in the team and all-around finals and won silver on vault and floor exercise. Likewise, she became fifth in the all-around, fifth on vault, and third on floor exercise at the 2018 City of Jesolo Trophy.

Moreover, she was also selected to the team to compete at the Pan American Championships in August 2020 alongside Jade Carey, Trinity Thomas, Kara Eaker, and Shilese Jones. Her team made it up to the final and successfully received the gold medal in all-around, and uneven bars and won bronze on vault and balance beam.

Likewise, In March 2019, Grace McCallum represented the USA at the American Cup alongside first-year senior Leanne Wong and won the silver all-around medal. In February 2020, she was reported to represent the United States at the Birmingham World Cup taking place in late March. Later the Birmingham World Cup was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2021, January 7, she made her NCAA debut at the Best of Utah and gained the highest vault score of the night, a 9.90, alongside teammate Jaedyn Rucker. Likewise, she helped Utah win their second consecutive team title at the Pac-12 Championship.
