The American singer Halsey aka Ashley Frangipane is currently in a relationship with actor Evan Peters.

They made their relationship public in October 2019. But her boyfriend prefers to keep their relationship to themselves. The Guinness World Records winner took a moment to wish her boyfriend on his birthday. She posted a picture of them kissing and snuggling. She wrote,

“Happy birthday darling,”

Similarly, Halsey continued,

“I can’t imagine a world without you in it.”

Frangipane confirmed their relationship back in October when she appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Sexuality and past relationships

Halsey is openly gay. She has addressed many comments and articles related to her sexuality. Likewise, the singer has dated several people before Evan Peters.

Back in 2015, she was in a relationship with Norwegian producer Lido. He helped her to produce Badlands and inspired the Hopeless Fountain Kingdom. But their relationship ended in 2016.

Halsey was seen wearing a black mask and shopping for groceries in Los Angeles after she returned from performing concerts in Europe. It was just before California Governor Gavin Newsom issued a statewide Stay At Home order.

The American singer stopped at an organic supermarket to get supplies. She was carrying a large brown paper store bag with goodies in each hand as she left the store.

Who are Halsey’s family members?

Born in Edison, New Jersey, U.S., she is of mixed (Italian, Hungarian, Irish, and All-American) ethnicity. She is the daughter of Chris Frangipane and Nicole Frangipane. Her parents dropped out of college after her mother was pregnant with her.

After that, her father managed a car dealership and her mother worked for security in a hospital. Similarly, she has two younger brothers Sevian and Dante. Her parents moved to places for jobs. Till she was in her teen years, she enrolled in six schools.

Suicide attempts and bipolar disorder

It has not been easy for Halsey as she was bullied in high school. At the age of 17, she attempted suicide. Due to that, she was hospitalized for 17 days. She was also diagnosed with bipolar disorder which her mother also struggles with.
