Hilary Duff is going to be a mom again

Congratulations to Hilary Duff who is expecting her 4th child, her third with husband Matthew Koma.

The actress, 36, announced the exciting news via her Instagram on Tuesday.

The Lizzie McGuire alum shared a family snap for this year’s holiday card, showing her three kids, Koma, and herself posing in a bedroom.

The actress placed her hand on her belly, looking shocked while her four-year-old daughter Banks hung from the bed’s rafters and Mae, 2½, sat on the ground with a guitar.

Luca, 11, sat in an armchair, holding a video game while little Koma posed on the bed.

The Christmas card read,

“So much for silent nights,”
“Love, the Duff-Bair-Comrie Crew.”

The doting mother also shared the back of her family holiday card, including solo snaps of her three children. The other side of the card read,

“Buckle up Buttercups, we’re adding one more to this crazy bunch!”

Koma also shared the news of the future baby on his Instagram, reposting the same family’s holiday snap. Tagging the location of the hilarious snap as “Vasectomy clinic,” he captioned it, “Baby #4 is loading…”

Hilary shares her two daughters with her current husband and Luca with her former husband Mike Comrie.

How does Hilary feel about motherhood?

The actress previously spoke to People about life as a mom, noting that she “loves this mayhem.”

The Younger actress said after welcoming Mae,

“I’m so in love with all my kids,”
“It’s a learning curve to throw a newborn into the mix,”
“A lot of people have been like, ‘That third kid really gets you.’ And they’re right!”

The former Disney star also revealed how great of a partner Koma is.

She said,

“He was such an amazing dad right out the gate,”
“In this time of breastfeeding and craziness, he was like, ‘I’m just going to be your assistant because I think that’s how I’m going to be the most help to you in this timeframe.’ He has this really amazing way of looking at the big picture where I’m very much like, right-here-right-now — and he zooms out.”

The couple first met when they collaborated on her 2015 album Breathe In Breathe Out. They dated on and off before making it forever.

They welcomed Banks in 2018 and got engaged in May 2019. They tied the knot in December of that year.
