Jack Laugher who was born on 30 January 1995 is a specialist in springboard diving. He has represented the UK and England in springboard competitions; individual and synchronized. He has made a name for himself for bagging a gold medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil along with Chris Mears in the men’s synchronized 3 m springboard competition.

Additionally, at the same games, Jack also won a silver medal in men’s individual 3m springboard game. Jack also won two medals at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, two medals at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham in 2022, and three medals at the 2018 Games at Gold Coast.

Jack has a keen interest in diving from his age of 7. He started taking lessons to master the skills of the game. He had suffered a fractured humerus when he was 14 years of age and it was treated surgically with a metal plate.

Jack has found love in a beautiful woman from his own professional field. She is springboard diver Lois Toulson. Like Jack, Lois is also from Yorkshire in England. But her birthplace is Huddersfield though she was brought up in Cleckheaton, whereas Jack is from Harrogate. Lois refers to herself as an adrenaline junkie and loves diving. She is just 24 years of age.

Like Jack, Lois has also won several titles and awards until now. She is a specialist in 10 m springboard diving. In 2015, at the European Games, Lois won a gold medal in diving. She also got the senior European title in 2017. At 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Lois had participated in the women’s synchronized 10 m springboard event with Tonia Couch.

Later, she paired with Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix in the same category at the ongoing 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris and both of them won the bronze medal. Lois had also won a bronze at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

Lois also bagged the silver medal in mixed synchronized 10 m springboard competition at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships. She took part along with Matty Lee. At 2018 European Aquatics Championships, Lois got the gold along with Eden Cheng in women’s synchronized 10 m springboard game.

Lois had said that she prefers the 10 m springboard to dive because springing in the air is something natural for her.

The relationship of the couple

Lois and Jack met each other in early months of 2017. But they had confessed that they do not remember the exact date of their meeting. Nonetheless, they started a relationship. However, they do remember that their first date took place in a restaurant. The two got close during their training sessions and competition times.

During the covid pandemic and lockdown, Lois had quarantined with Jack at his home. The two celebrate each other’s wins and support each other immensely. This year, Jack has made an account on OnlyFans. He said:
