Janet Jackson breaks her silence about her marriage, divorce and reveals about her new date tours
- Janet dated Jermaine Dupri after her divorce from her ex-husband, Wissam Al Mana.
- However, Janet and Jermaine’s relationship did not work out, and they split.
Janet wants a break after her separation from husband
Singer and songwriter, Janet Jackson split from her husband, Wissam Al Mana, saying,
“This message was supposed to be about something else, but I’ll get to that in a minute. I just want to keep it real with you guys for a second. Yes, I separated from my husband. We are in court and the rest is in God’s hands.”
Wissam is a Qatari business magnate split. They were in very happy relations before but unfortunately, they have to split and Janet wants free time away from the burden of life, work, and properties and this might be the clue to head to the far tour.
Janet recently announced her world tour through her social media account, Instagram.
Before the countdown, she said this
She said,
“Hey, you guys, it’s me, Jan — just in case you don’t recognize me, ’cause I have put on quite a few since I had the baby. But I thank God, I thank God for him, you guys. He is so healthy, so beautiful, so sweet, so loving, such a happy baby.”
She is damn excited about the tour
The pop superstar then got to the real purpose of her video: the announcement that she plans to continue her tour,
“I’m so excited, you guys, so excited. I decided to change the name of the tour — State of the World Tour. It’s not about politics, it’s about people, the world, relationships and just love. … I cannot wait to see you on stage. September 7th.”

Janet’s first baby
A few weeks after the announcement of her tour, Jackson gave birth to her first child with Al Mana. And three months after their baby was born, she and Al separated. Since then, she has been keeping a low profile, both online and in public.
Prior to that, her most recent message was from November 19, 2016,
“Hey you guys.. It’s been awhile.. but I’m still listening…I feel your love and prayers.. Thank you.. and I’m doing well.. Al hamdu lillah”
She shared a picture of herself with her newborn son, Eissa with the caption,
“My baby and me after nap time.”
However, the photo she shared has been removed from her social media account.
